摘要
在某空间光学系统一块反射镜的设计中,虽然采取了很多积极的措施来减小温度变化的影响,但由于能受到太阳直接照射,其空间热环境非常恶劣,因此仍需对其进行热变形分析。为此,对空间光学结构热分析的一般流程进行了讨论。对热变形分析过程中关键的温度场映射问题进行了研究,比较了两种温度场映射的方法。对于所研究的反射镜的热变形问题,选取了通过热传导分析建立温度场的方法进行了分析。分析结果表明,利用热传导建立温度场计算出来的镜面变形PV和RMS值的变化与实验结果是一致的,该方法具有普遍的适用性。
In the design of a reflecting mirror used in the space optical system, many techniques were used to reduce the influence of temperature shift. But because of the direct irradiation of the sun, the mirror temperature environment was very severe and heat distortion analysis should be conducted. To do that, this paper first discussed the general procedure of conducting heat distortion analysis. Two approaches for the temperature mapping problem, which was the key point of the procedure, were then compared, The heat-transfer mapping method was used for this problem and a heat distortion analysis was conducted. The results show that the PV and RMS values of the reflecting mirror are consistent with the experimental data and the heat-transfer mapping method is useful in the problem.
