目的探讨磁吸式超导可视人流系统在人工流产术中的临床应用价值。方法选择400例早孕妇女,随机分为观察组(n=200)和对照组(n=200),观察组是在磁吸式超导可视人流系统引导下进行无痛人工流产术,对照组则按传统方法行无痛人工流产术。结果观察组较对照组手术出血量少、并发症少,但没有明显缩短手术时间;不过它能动态地观察宫腔内情况变化,引导手术器械的操作,及时了解宫腔内是否吸净及术后子宫情况。结论磁吸式超导可视人流系统引导下的手术操作具有直观性,能最大限度地减少并发症的发生,提高了手术安全性。但系统器械应进一步改进。
