归芪通便颗粒对脾虚便秘小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究归芪通便颗粒对脾虚便秘模型小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响及其作用机制。方法采用番泻叶泄泻、饥饱失常、限制饮水等复合因素建立脾虚便秘小鼠模型,观察归芪通便颗粒对小鼠一般情况、肠道推进率及血清D-木糖、血浆P物质(SP)、肠组织SP含量的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠体质量、大便日平均量、肠道推进率及血清D-木糖、血浆SP、肠组织SP含量均显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,归芪通便颗粒各剂量组各项指标均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈现一定的量效关系。结论归芪通便颗粒可促进脾虚便秘小鼠的胃肠运动,其机制可能与升高血浆及肠组织中的SP含量有关。 Objective To study the effects of Guiqi Tongbian Granule on motor function of gastrointestinal tract of model mice with constipation induced by insufficiency of the spleen and mechanism of action. Methods The mice models with constipation induced by insufficiency of the spleen were made by composite element of using senna to lead to diarrhea, the method of disorder of hunger and satiety, restriction of drinking water and so on, and ob- served the effects of Guiqi Tongbian Granule on general situation, intestinal advance rate, the contents of D-xylose in serum, SP in plasma and intestinal tissue of mice. Results Compared with normal group, the weight, the volumeof stool, intestinal advance rate and the contents of D-xylose in serum, SP in plasma and intestinal tissue of mice of model group were obviously deduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with model group, all indexes of all dose groups of Guiqi Tongbian Granule were obviously induced ( P 〈 0.05 of P 〈 0.01 ), and there was certain dose-effect relation- ship. Conclusion Guiqi Tongbian Granule can improve motor function of gastrointestinal tract of model mice with constipation induced by insufficiency of the spleen, the mechanism of action may be associated with increasement of the contents of SP in plasma and intestinal tissue.
