摘要 目的探讨崭新的改善灌注的方法—适应性再灌注的脑保护作用。方法 21只犬被随机分为三组:对照组、常规再灌注组、适应性再灌注组,各7只。对犬的基本生命体征变化、血气指标、血清离子浓度进行实时同步监测分析,并对缺血脑组织学变化及神经功能进行评价。结果脑适应性再灌注对血气指标、电解质等的影响小,能明显改善再灌注区的损伤神经元的功能及病理。结论脑适应性再灌注是一种有效的脑保护作用的灌注方式。 Objective To investigate the cerebral protection effect of cerebral adapted reperfusion. Methods Twenty-one mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the routine reperfusion group, and the adapted reperfusion group, each with 7 cases. The basic vital signs, blood gas, and electrophysiological Changes were monitored and analyzed. The cerebral ischemic histology and neurological function were evaluated. Results The cerebral adapted reperfusion has less impact on blood gas and electrophysiological Changes, which was able to significantly improve the function of ischemic neurons and histologic damage. Conclusion Cerebral adapted reperfusion is a beneficial reperfusion style, which has neuroprotective effect.
