摘要
水分胁迫下测定了4种冰草种子的吸水率、发芽率、发芽损伤率及胚根/胚芽比,结果表明,它们的耐旱顺序为沙芦草>沙生冰草>西伯利亚冰草>冰草。这与它们幼苗的抗旱性是一致的。
The rates of water absorption, germination ability, germination injury and radicle/plumule in four species of Agropyron were measured under water stress. The results showed the order of species draught tolerance was A. mongolicum>A. desertorum>A. sibiricum.>A. cristatum, It's similar to their seedlings drought resistance.
