本文就人民币汇率和人民币国际化问题进行了探讨,认为随着中国经济实力的上升,人民币汇率形成的市场化、人民币的国际化和资本账户的开放是必然趋势,就中国目前的情况看,已经具备了推进这一进程的基本条件。人民币汇率形成机制改革、人民币国际化和资本账户开放对于全球和中国经济社会的平衡、健康发展具有重要意义。

This article discusses the RMB exchange rate and RMB internationalization issues. It considers that as the Chinese economy is growing rapidly, RMB exchange rate formation marketization, RMB internationalization and capital account liberation are inevitable. Based on the current situation in China, the basic conditions are prepared for this process. RMB exchange rate formation reform, RMB internationalization and capital account liberation, have critical impact on economy equilibrium and healthy development of China and the whole world.
