中脑周围池形态改变与脑内血肿的预后关系

Investigatting the relationship between morphology changes of surrounding cisterna of midbrain and prognosis of cerebral hematoma.

目的： 研究中脑周围池（ 环池、四叠体池） 形态改变与脑内血肿的预后关系。方法： 前瞻性研究首次ＣＴ 检查以脑内血肿为主要诊断的２０４ 例病人的临床资料， 将中脑周围池形态的改变按Ａｒｔｒｕ［１］ 标准评分， 采用有序分组资料的线性趋势检验。结果： 统计分析发现中脑周围池形态的改变与脑内血肿预后显著相关， Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ ， 即中脑周围池形态改变记分越高，预后愈差。结论：

Objective: To study the relationship between morphology changes of surrounding cistrna of midbrain (cistrna of circulus and cistrna of quadrigeminum) and prognosis of cerebral hemaboma. Methods:The clinical data of two hundred four cerebral hematoma patients were diagnosed in the first craniocerebral CT scan were analysed prosepectively with line tendency test of order classify group. Countting the morpholgy changes of surrounding cistrna of midbrain with Arbru sbandard. Results: Statistical analysis showes it is association morphology changes of surronnding cistrna of midbrain with prognosis of cerebral hematoma significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: Follow up studies of morphology changes of surrounding cistrna of midbrain is effective characteristic about predictting treatment and prognosis.\;
