摘要
女大学生就业难已成为无法回避的社会问题。就此问题的现状、原因及对策进行了探讨。促进女大学生就业需要政府、社会、高校等各方面联动支持。女大学生也应转变观念,增强自身综合素质,提高就业能力。
The issue of employment has become a social problem that female college students can not avoid. This essay analysis the status,causes and of this problem in - depth. And in order to solve such problem, it needs the government, society, universities and other aspects of linkage support. Female students should change their ideas and enhance their overall qualities, improve their working abilities.
