摘要
选取第十一届全运会男子跳远前4名运动员为研究对象,使用二维高速摄像的研究方法,采用APAS动作解析软件对跳远起跳技术进行了定量分析。通过分析发现:我国优秀跳远运动员踏跳离地瞬间垂直速度、速度损失量和腾起角与世界优秀运动员都有显著性差异。由此提出指导跳远运动员实际训练的建议。
Four elite male long jumpers were recruited from the 11 th China Games ,2 - D capture was used to monitor their motion, APAS softwares were used to do the quantitative analysis. Through the motion analysis, we found that there existed significant difference between top athletes home and aboard, in aspects of instantaneous vertical speed jumping from the ground, degree of speed loss, angle of prance ( P = 0.013, P = 0.013, P = 0.001 ). The instantaneous vertical speed jumping from the ground is in positive correlation with the long jump scores, with the correlation coefficient r =9.959( P =0.041 ) ~ Meanwhile, the buffer range of take - off leg knee in the take - off phase is in evidently negative correlation with the angle of prance, with the correlation coefficient r = - 0.977(P =0.023).
