摘要
测压钻孔在施工过程中遇到较软煤层时,会出现塌孔问题。针对该问题,提出了利用水玻璃—氯化钙的胶结性来固孔的新方法,并对其胶结性影响因素进行了试验分析。结果表明:煤的粒度,空气接触、暴露时间以及水玻璃—氯化钙溶液的配比对水玻璃的胶结性有较大影响。
While drillholes for gas pressure measurement are constructed into the soft coal seam,it would encounter with the phenomenon of hole collapse.Aiming at this problem,the new method that consolidating hole wall was proposed depending on the cementing properties of sodium silicate and calcium chloride,and the experimental analysis on the influencing factors to the cementing properties was made.The results indicated that granularity of mine,air contact,the time of exposure and the proportion of sodium silicate and calcium chloride affects the cementing properties.
