摘要
以具有两传输零点二阶滤波器为原型。利用Π-T网络等效变换减小所需电感值,T型电感网络利用低温共烧陶瓷工艺很容易一层实现,并占据较小面积。同时,电感网络的变换简化了滤波器结构。引入T型开路线改善上边带截止特性,T型开路线几乎不影响通带特性。所设计滤波器中心频率7.65 GHz,具有1 GHz带宽,尺寸为4mm×3 mm×0.6 mm。将滤波器表贴于PCB测试,微带线、SMA、滤波器总的插入损耗小于1.8 dB。
A second order filter with a pair of poles was used as prototype.Ⅱ-T network equivalent transformation was used for inductor network to reduce impedance thereby reducing the area occupied.T-shape inductor network can be easily realized on one layer using LTCC technology.The transformation of inductor network simplified filter structure.T-stubs were also introduced to improve upper stop band characteristic,hardly affecting on band pass characteristic.The filter has bandwidth of 1 GHz,center frequency at 7.65 GHz,size of 4 mm×3 mm×0.6mm.The filter was mounted on PCB to be tested,the total insertion loss of microstrip,SMA connector and filter was less than 1.8 dB.
