摘要
电网全部或部分因故障停运后,采用黑启动方案,通过系统中具有自启动能力的机组带动无自启动能力的机组,可实现整个电网的恢复。分析了黑启动过程中的关键问题,对东西关电厂作为黑启动电源的可行性进行了理论分析,并对不同类型的水电机组作为黑启动电源的优劣进行了比较。最后通过PSCAD仿真和试验,验证了东西关电厂作为黑启动电源的可行性。
Taking use of black-start program,the generators with self-starting capability are used to drive the generators without self-starting capability to enable the recovery of the entire grid after the whole or part of power outage due to the fault.The key problems in the process of black start are analyzed,and a theoretical analysis for the feasibility of Dong Xiguan power plant being a black start source is carried out.The merits and demerits of different types of water turbine as black start source are compared.Finally,PSCAD/EMTDC is used for simulation,which proves the feasibility of Dong Xiguan power plant as a black start source.
