利用小麦秸秆降解提取阿魏酸技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用超声波辅助碱醇法降解小麦秸秆提取阿魏酸,以期转化利用小麦秸秆资源。在单因素实验基础上,采用四因素三水平响应曲面分析法(RSA)对碱质量分数、碱醇比、提取温度、超声时间等提取工艺参数进行优化,并采用HPLC法对阿魏酸提取率进行测定。结果表明,在碱质量分数3.5%、碱醇比3.6∶1、提取温度30℃、超声时间42 min最优工艺条件下可有效降解秸秆,阿魏酸提取率可达8.014 mg/g;此技术为小麦秸秆综合利用提供新思路。 In order to utilization of wheat straw resource, the ferulic acid in wheat straw was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline-alcohol hydrolysis. Based on single factor test, the extraction process parameters were optimized by four factors and three levels response surface analysis ( RSA ) with Box-Behnken design and variance analysis. The RSA results indicated that the optimized extraction conditions are 3.5% NaOH concentration, 3.6 : 1 NaOH solution to absolute ethanol volume, 30℃ extraction temperature, 42min ultrasonic time. According to these conditions, the actual extraction yield of ferulic acid from straw is 8.014mg/g.This technology provides a new idea for the utilization of wheat straw.
