High Temperature Oxidation Resistance Coatings on Attitrde or Orbit Control Engine Thruster Chamber

摘要 概述了国内外姿/轨控液体火箭发动机高温抗氧化涂层的研究和应用进展,研制过程涉及多种材料体系,但仅有几类广泛应用于型号,包括Nb基材表面硅化物材料体系、Pt-Rh合金、Re基材表面Ir涂层。随着对发动机性能要求的提高,Re/Ir材料体系成为目前主要的研究方向。 The development and trend of high temperature oxidation resistance coatings on orbit or attitude control rocket engine are revieded.Silicide coatings on Nb alloy have been widely used from 1 960 s.Pt/Rh alloy and Ir coating on Re are also applied on thruster chamber and Re/Ir exhibit good performance above 2 000℃,which is considered the best potential material.
