饲料原料为底物一种木聚糖酶体外酶解的方法 被引量:1

摘要 为了评价几种单一酶、复合酶对饲料原料的水解效果,进行了体外酶解试验。共采用2种单一酶制剂(木聚糖酶):酶制剂1号、2号;4种复合酶制剂:酶制剂3、4、5、6号。预试验显示上述酶有基本相似的最适水解反应参数:料水比为1:10、pH 5.5、温度37℃和时间5小时。在此参数下,研究添加木聚糖添加量为10U/g饲料原料、50U/g饲料原料、100U/g饲料原料三个浓度梯度进行体外酶解。实验结果显示:以还原糖增长率为指标,复合酶酶解效果比单一酶制剂好;复合酶中酶制剂5号酶解效果最好。
