低弹模高抗渗性防渗墙混凝土配合比设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章结合乐眉水库坝体防渗墙混凝土试验研究,通过正交试验,分析了水胶比、膨润土掺量、引气剂用量3因素对防渗墙混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和渗透系数的影响。研究结果表明:水胶比和引气剂掺量是影响防渗墙混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量的关键因素,水胶比和膨润土掺量是影响防渗墙混凝土渗透系数的关键因素。从满足抗压强度(≥5 MPa)和弹性模量(≤2 000 MPa)和良好的抗渗性能等方面来看,防渗墙混凝土的最佳配比为:膨润土掺量50%,水胶比0.9,引气剂用量0.02%。 Combined with the research of the cutoff wall concrete of Guangxi Lemei Reservoir and by using orthogonal test,this paper analyzes the influence of the water-binder ratio,bentonite mixing amount and air-entraining agent amount to the compressive strength,crack and tensile strength,elastic modulus and permeability coefficient of the cutoff wall concrete.The results of the study show that the water-binder ratio and air-entraining agent amount are the key factors influencing the compressive strength,crack and tensile strength,elastic modulus of the cutoff wall concrete.The water-binder ratio and bentonite mixing amount are the key factors of the permeability coefficient.From the aspect of meeting the compressive strength(≥5 MPa),elastic modulus(≤2000 MPa) and good anti-permeability,the best proportion of cutoff wall concrete is: 50% of bentonite mixing amount,0.9 of water-binder ratio and 0.02% of air-entraining agent amount.
