职业价值观是职业主体对其职业所持的观点、立场和态度的总和。目前我国导游从业人员的职业价值观基本是积极健康的,但不可否认,由于受导游行业的职业声望、职业待遇、职业发展等因素制约,影响着导游从业人员职业价值观的偏离并诱发职业倦怠问题。为此,要提高导游从业人员的职业声望,正确看待导游职业,建立合理的导游薪酬制度,注重导游未来的职业规划,创造推进导游职业终身化的良好环境,调适与培养导游人员的职业价值观,引导导游从业人员树立正确的职业道德。

On the whole the tourist guides of the country have correct professional values. But it cannot be denied that some unfavorable factors influence the formation of the values.Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the reputation of the profession as tourist guides, for the public to take a correct view of the profession, establish a rational pay system for tourist guides, and try to make the profession their lifework.
