通过对新中国体育高等教育管理制度形成与变革历史过程的具体考证,以我国的社会历史背景和全国高等教育的发展历史为依托,以新中国体育高等教育管理制度在这一背景中的产生、发展和变化为主线,分析不同历史阶段体育高等教育管理制度发展演变过程,探寻中国体育高等教育管理制度的发展轨迹与规律,总结新中国体育高等教育管理制度发展的经验教训,以期为探索有中国特色的体育高等教育发展之路提供参考和借鉴。

The article is based on macroscopic background of management system of New Chinese higher physical education,makes a specific case study on Chinese higher physical education（physical education departments and faculties in independent physical institute,comprehensive university）,studies through the concrete research on historical process on the formation and change of management system,with the base of Chinese social historical background and physical education developing process,with the orientation of the generation,development and change of management system on New Chinese higher physical education,researches the developing process of management system of New Chinese higher physical education through its historic stages,explores its developing regular patterns and tracks,learns from the previous experiences and lessons,and then provides the references and ideas for further long-term development.
