摘要
票卡回收装置是地铁自动售检票系统的一个关键的终端装置,完成对乘客的票卡信息的快速读写处理,准确判定乘客所持票卡的当前使用状态,并对有效单程票进行回收;简要介绍了票卡回收装置的设计要求和工作原理,并探讨储票箱的升降机构的设计研究,分别指出目前采用自由落体和丝杆螺母升降机构回收方式的现状,按照设计要求对各种弹簧升降机构的方案进行分析和比较,确定了最终的票箱升降机构方案。
The metro ticket recovery equipment is a key terminal device of automatic fare collection system,which fast reads and writes the ticket information of the passenger,accurately judges the current use status of the ticket and takes back the effective one-way ticket;this paper briefly introduces the design requirements and the working principle of this equipment,particularly the design of the elevating mechanism in the ticket box,points out the various defects in current recovery modes of free fall and the screw-nut both elevating mechanisms,analyzes and compares the various programs of spring elevating mechanism and determines its final scheme.
