体育教育专业足球专项生临场裁判技能微格教学研究

摘要 为进一步提高运动训练专业足球专项学生的裁判水平,在临场裁判的技能学习中引入微格教学模式,通过CAI课件指导学生预习学习内容,并要求撰写针对自身薄弱环节的微格实践教案,明确每次教学强化1到2个技能,在教学过程中教师进行跟踪摄录并制作视频资料,以反馈给学生进行自我小结与评价,并结合教师与学生团队在现场提供的评价,从中发现自身问题,从而修改教案进行重复演练,直至掌握技能。实践证明这一教学不在分辨学生之间的水平优劣,而是注重学生自身能力的提升发展,对学生临场裁判技能的提高起到了显著的效果。 In order to enhance the referee ability of football special students of P.E.major.We introduced microteaching model in the shill study of referee.We gnided preview leaming content by CAI courseware,and asked them write teaching plan of microteaching in allusion to their weak points,enhanced 1 to 2 ability in every teaching,made rideo data in teaching process to provide feedback to students' self summary and evaluation.Combining with the evaluation of teachers and students team,students can find their problems,and modify teaching plan,so they can grasp abilities.The practice proved that this teaching model don't distingnish the level of different students,while pay attention to students' self-ability,and have positive effect on the enhancing of students' referee ability.
