摘要
弧齿锥齿轮是托森差速器中的重要传动零件之一,其性能优异,但曲面齿廓形状非常复杂,影响到设计、分析和加工。研究了Pro/E环境下的弧齿锥齿轮的精确三维参数化实体建模的方法和步骤,实现了不同模数、齿数齿轮的快速造型,提高了设计效率,更好地满足后续的啮合动态仿真、有限元分析、机构运动和动力学分析、NC加工等的需要。
The Spiral bevel gear is one of the important transmission parts of Torsen differential,which is excellent and widely used,but its curved surface tooth profile shapes is very complex,so it is hard designed,analyzed and machined.This paper researches on the method and steps of the accurate 3d parametric entity modeling of Spiral bevel gear in Pro/ E environment and realizes fast modeling of the gear with different modulus and number of teeth.This method raises the design efficiency and better meets the need for meshing dynamic simulation,finite element analysis,mechanism motion and dynamics analysis,NC machining and so on.
