民族传统体育在高校民族预科体育教学中的开展现状及对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计、对比法等对民族传统体育在高校民族预科体育教学中的开展现状及与其在高校普通体育教学中的开展现状进行了综合对比研究。以期能改变当前预科生体育参与的现状,形成积极、健康的体育行为。结果表明:(1)大多数预科生对民族传统体育有较浓厚的学习和锻炼兴趣;(2)锻炼态度端正,动机明确,积极健康;(3)喜欢竞技、娱乐性结合度较高的项目,如高脚和板鞋竞速、跳竹竿、跳绳等;(4)锻炼时间主要集中在30-40min,以中小强度为主,锻炼次数达到3次/周的人数仅有1/3;(5)对体育指导的满意度较好,对体育场地设施表现为一般。在对调查现状进行统计、分析的基础上,结合实际教学条件和情况,提出了相应的发展对策。 In order to change the present situation of matriculation studentsJattendence in physical course, and to form positive and healthy habits, the paper researches and compares the present situation and development of the national tradition sports in between the university nationality preparatory course sports teaching and the university ordinary sports teaching by the literature material in- vestigation and study, the questionnaire survey, the mathematical statistic, the comparison method and other methods. The results indicate that: ( 1 ) a majority of matriculation students have a strong interest in learning and training of the traditional sports; ( 2 ) they have right attitude, clear motive and positive healthy thoughts; ( 3 ) the students like sports, entertainment project with a high degree of such as Gaojiao and shoes racing, Tiao Zhugan, skipping, etc. ;(4)exercise time mainly concentrates in 30,40rain, by the low - intensity primarily, and only one third students do exercise three times in every week; (5) they show perfect satisfac- tion for the sports guide and the general satisfaction for sports location facility. Based on the statistic and analysis of the investiga- tion present situation, with the actual teaching conditions and circumstances , the paper proposes a corresponding development strategies.
