摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法以及专家访谈法,论述了太极拳运动对大学生身心健康的影响,分析了太极拳运动的特点,以及它在调节心理、健脑、改善心血管机能等方面的作用。最后,提出了大学生在练习太极拳的过程中应注意的事项,给出了相关建议和对策。
In this paper, literature, questionnaires and expert interviews, a comprehensive discussion of the Taijiquan exercise on physical and mental health of college students, and from the more general context, analysis of the characteristics of Taijiquan, as well as its people psychological adjustment, brain, cardiovascular function improvement role. Finally, the students in the course of practicing Taijiquan preeantions, given the relevant recommendations and conclusions.
