摘要 以35 kV外桥变电站为例,引入智能倒闸操作系统,旨在消除操作中人员和外界干扰,提高系统的正确性与可靠性。同时将人与设备分离,保护操作人员的人身安全。所谓智能倒闸操作,是指在实际设备上进行的操作改为利用计算机技术操作,使操作的全过程按人的意愿进行自动操作和控制。外桥智能倒闸操作,利用工程组态软件(MCGS)简单、灵活的可视化操作界面的优点,将一次系统中的电气元件分别抽象成各类建立一个图形数据库。同时将相应的参数存放在实时数据库中,用户通过控件点击相应的对象连接成所需要的系统图,对实时一次系统进行组态,再通过对35 kV外桥变电站倒闸操作规程分析,编辑出恰当的程序,以实现对倒闸的智能化操作。 This paper takes 35 kV external bridge main connection substation for example and uses the intelligent switching operation system of this substation to eliminate the interference caused by personal factors or circumstance around, improve the accuracy and reliability of the system and ensure personal safety by taking persons apart from equipment. Intelligent switching operation is defined as changing the operation on the real equipment into the operation by the computer. The system collects a variety of useful information from the primary and secondary devices, and sends them to the computer system. Then the operating instructions are set in the system and analyzed by the default logical rules, so that the whole process is carded out automatically according to people' s wishes. Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS) which is used for the intelligent switching operation of 35 kV external bridge main connection substation has a simple, flexible and visible interface. This system makes the electrical component parts classed in primary system, and then a figure database is established. The corresponding parameters are placed in the Real-time Database. Users can get the primary system by clicking the corresponding object, and the primary system is also configured. By analyzing the regular operation process of 35 kV extemal bridge main connection substation, we edit the appropriate procedures to makes the system work automatically.
