摘要
条烟装封箱机是广泛应用于卷烟厂的自动化生产设备,条烟装封箱机的电气控制系统为S5系统,没有数字化信息交互与监控的功能。为满足了MES系统和数据采集项目的技术要求,现在将条烟装封箱机的电气控制系统由S5升级到STEP7控制系统,同时配置工业监控机。
Cigarettes packer is widely used in factory automation equipment. The electrical control system of old cigarette packing machine is the S system, in which there is no interactive digital information and monitoring capabilities. Now, S7control system is used in the machine,in order to meet the technical requirements of MES system data acquisition projects.
