摘要
尿素装置常压吸收塔进行改造,采取加压吸收,增加低压第二吸收塔下部CTST高效塔板与上部规整填料相结合,利用低压放空气体与上部的吸收液进行逆流接触,吸收低压放空的NH3和CO2,降低尿素系统氨耗,减少环境污染,增加经济效益和社会效益。
A reconstruction of atmospheric absorber in urea plant is carried out by employing a pressurized absorption,increasing CTST high-effective trays at the bottom of low-pressure 2nd absorber to combine with upper regular packing,realizing a counter-current contact of low-pressure venting gas with upper absorbed liquid to absorb NH3 and CO2 vented at low pressure,to reduce ammonia consumption in urea system, to minimize the environmental pollution and to increase both the economic and social benefits.
