从分析干部测评流程入手,确定了影响测评效果主要因素,构建了干部测评基础模型,提出了一些针对性的建议与措施。
The main factors influencing the validity of assessment result were identified in view of evaluation process.A foundational model for cadre evaluation was established,and some suggestion and countermeasures were put forward as well.
