摘要 针对合成氨装置换热器泄漏,导致循环水系统氨含量升高问题,分析系统漏氨的危害,漏氨情况下采取降低浓缩倍数、调整水质稳定剂投加比例、实时采取不同的杀菌剂投加方式和种类等优化调整措施,确保化肥装置安全、稳定、长周期运行。 Aiming at the heat-exchanger leakage in ammonia plant causing a higher ammonia content in recycled water system the harms of ammonia leakage in the system are analyzed and such optimized measures as reducing the concentration multiples, adjusting the addition proportion of water quality stabilizer, employing at real time addition method and variety for different fungicides under ammonia leakage to ensure a safe, stable and long-term operation of fertilizer plant.
