摘要 目的:评价双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:2005年6月~2011年1月,本院共对34例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者进行双钢板内固定治疗。应用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准评价临床治疗效果。结果:所有患者手术均成功,无明显并发症。患者均获随访,随访时间6~48个月,平均30个月。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法,34例患者中优25例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率为91.2%。结论:双钢板内固定治疗是治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的一种有效方法,值得临床推广。 Objective: To assess the clinical outcomes of double-plate fixation for patients with complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods: From June 2005 to January 2011, a total of 34 consecutive patients with complex tibial plateau frac- tures were treated with double-plate fixation in our hospital. The Rasmussen score was used to evaluate the knee joint's functions. Results: All patients were treated successfully by double-plate fixation and there were no serious complications. All patients were followed up for 6-48 months, an average of 30 months. According to the Rasmussen score, 25 cases a- mong those 34 patients got excellent results, 6 cases good, 2 cases fair and 1 case poor, and the rate of excellent and good was 91.2%. Conclusion: The double-plate fixation is an effective method for patients with complex tibial plateau fractures, and it is worthy of clinical application.
