复方双密达莫缓释双层片释放度的测定

Determination of drug release rate of the compound dipyridamole double-layer sustained-relesae tablets

目的:测定复方双嘧达莫缓释双层片的释放度,并与进口制剂的释放度做比较。方法:采用UV法测定复方双嘧达莫缓释片及其参比制剂的释放度及含量。结果:在选定的波长处,辅料及阿司匹林对测定无干扰,释放度平均回收率为98.11%,含量平均回收率为102.1%。结论:两种缓释片的体外释放相似,复方双嘧达莫缓释双层片是一个具有良好释放特性的口服缓释制剂,其进口制剂Aggrenox具有类似的释药行为。

Objective： To investigate release characteristics in vitro of compound dipyridamole double-layer sustained-relesae tablets and compared with imported formulations release. Methods： The rate of release and content of sustained-re- lease dipyridamole were determinated by UV. Results： In the selected wavelengths, auxiliary materials and aspirin to de- termine no interference, the recovery of release was 98.11%, the recovery of content was 102.1%. Conclusion： The sus- tained-relesae dipyridamole tablets is a preparation with good release characters and its release behavior is similar with Aggrenox.
