蕲蛇酶注射液治疗糖尿病并发的急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Clinical observation of acutase injection in treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察蕲蛇酶注射液治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年1月住院的糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者87例,将其随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用蕲蛇酶注射液,14d为1个疗程。1个疗程结束时比较两组的治疗效果并进行神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为77.27%,对照组总有效率为60.47%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蕲蛇酶注射液治疗糖尿病合并的急性脑梗死疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acutobin injection in the treatment of diabetic patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 87 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group 44 cases and control group 43 cases, the control group were given conventional treat- ment, the treatment group were given acutobin injection combined with conventional treatment, 14 days were one course. The effect of the two groups and neurologic impairment score （NDS） were observed after one treatment group. Results： The total effection rate of the treatment group was 77.27%, and the control group was 60.47%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acutobin injection in treatment of diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction has curative effect, and is worthy of clinical using.
