肝硬化并发上消化道出血的护理体会

Nursing experience of cirrhosis patients concurrent with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者的临床护理体会。方法:对90例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者进行精心的治疗和护理,观察其效果。结果:90例患者中2例肝性脑病死亡,1例再出血死亡,占3.3%,自动出院5例,占5.6%,82例患者精心地治疗和护理康复出院,占91.1%。结论:良好的临床护理,可降低肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective： To investigate nursing experience of cirrhosis patients concurrent with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： 90 cases of cirrhosis concurrent with upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were given careful treatment and care, observed their effects. Results： Among the 90 patients, 2 patients died of hepatic encephalopathy and 1 patient died of rebleeding （3.3%）. 5 cases （5.6%） ceased treatment and the rest 82 patients （91.1%） were discharged from hospitals upon recovery after meticulously treatment and nursing. Conclusion： Good clinical care can reduce the mortality rate and improve the quality＇ of life of cirrhosis patients concurrent with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
