摘要
结合工程项目分析了用户的需求和现场条件,详细介绍了智能照明控制技术在医疗设备设计中的具体选择和实施。为了使照明系统获得适宜的照度,采用自动光圈进行调光。为了使摄像系统在工作台上能自动实现滚动运动及三维调整,使用了二维和三维2个工作台。根据智能控制系统的工作要求,选择了适宜的步进电机、运动控制卡、高灵敏度和高反应速度的传感器、视频信号采集卡,构建了各功能模块。测试系统用VB6.0开发,采用Windows标准界面样式,完成了自动采集、分析、校准等功能。
Combining with the demand for analyzing users of the project and on-the-spot terms,this paper introduces the concrete choice of the intelligent lighting control technology in the medical apparatus design and implementation in detail.In order to make the lighting system obtain the suitable intensity of illumination,the automatic diaphragm to adjust luminance was adopted.For making camera system realize roll sport and three-dimension change automatically at working bench,two peacekeeping three-dimension and two pieces of working bench were used.According to the job requirements for the intelligent control system,walking into electrical machinery,movement control board,high sensitivity and high transducer,video signal card of reaction speed were chosen suitably.The construction of the software has finished the function of every module to be divided.It is tested that the system uses VB6.0 development,Windows standard interface design,which has finished the function of gathering,analyzing,regulating automatically,etc.
