摘要
运营管理是一门工程与管理学科结合紧密的交叉课程,极具实践性与挑战性,是工商管理类学科的核心课程。在对国内外运营管理课程的教材体系和教学方法调研和实践的基础上,进行对比分析,对我国运营管理课程从课程体系、教材编排特色、教学内容安排等方面提出诸多想法和建议。
Operations Management is a core business course of interdisciplinary of engineering and management specialty.This paper comparatively analyzes the teaching material and teaching method of the Operations Management course based on the survey and teaching practice both at home and abroad.And some suggestions about the course system,material feature design and arrangement are put forward to improve the teaching quality in high education.
