将全程管理理论应用到高校大型仪器设备管理过程中,将全程管理理论应用到高校大型仪器设备管理过程中,提出大型仪器设备全程管理模式,倡导先进的管理理念,建立全员参与、全程规范的共享管理机制,构建大型仪器设备购置前期严格论证、中期促进使用和后期规范报废的全过程规范化的工作体系,实现了大型仪器设备管理的规范化、全程化和效益化,并在管理实践中取得了很好的成效。

This paper applied whole management theory to the college large-scale instruments and equipment management.By sparkpluging the advanced management idea,establishing the mechanism of sharing management of total involvement and whole standard,and building the working system of whole process standardization on the strict argumentation of previous purchase,medium-term promoting use and later the normative discard of large-scale instruments,the standardization,whole course and efficiency of large-scale instruments management are realized,and a beautiful result in the management practice is achieved.
