刺激额叶对海马痛单位电活动的影响

摘要 观察34只家兔刺激额叶对海马痛单位电活动的影响,结果:刺激额叶对海马痛单位具有抑制和易化两种作用,但以抑制为主,电针穴位对痛放电和额叶的作用表现为抑制,提示额叶参与海马痛觉调制。 We stimulated the frontal cortex of thirty four rabbits andobserved the effects of such stimulation on the electrical activity of the painsensitive neurons of the hippocampus. The results are as follows: Inhibitionand facilitation were produced when the frontal cortex was stimulated, inwhich the effect of inhibition was more prominent.Electroacupuncturing led to inhibition of the electrical activity of the painneurons and the effects of the frontal cortex. Our results show that thereare some relationships between the frontal aortex and the pain sensitiveneurons of the hippocampus, and such relationships may play a role in themodulation of the pain sensation.
