SnO_2纳米柱状阵列的微波水热法合成及表征 被引量:3

摘要 采用微波水热法,在ITO导电基底上合成出了SnO2纳米柱状阵列。经过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射表征发现微波水热法合成得到的SnO2纳米柱状阵列,其高度约为400 nm,组成阵列的柱状结构直径约为100nm。通过紫外漫反射光谱测试得出SnO2纳米柱状阵列的禁带宽度为3.25 eV,光致发光光谱显示在390nm、405nm和425nm处分别存在较强发射峰。 SnO2 nanocolumnar arrays were synthesized on indium-doped tin oxide(ITO) glass substrates by microwave hydrothermal method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD)results show that the SnO2 nanocolumnar arrays are about 400 nm thick,which are composed of irregular columnar with the diameter about 100 nm.Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum displays the band gap of SnO2 nanocolumnar arrays was 3.25 eV.Photoluminescence spectrum shows three emissions at 390 nm,405nm and 425nm respectively.
