摘要
简述了激光熔覆过程多传感器实时监测系统硬件平台的设计。针对激光熔覆的特点,在对激光熔覆过程中等离子体现象进行分析的基础上,提出了采集等离子体蓝紫光、可听声和电荷三路特征信号并进行多传感器信息融合的实时监测方式;介绍了监测系统硬件部分的设计,包括传感器的选择、信号调理电路的设计等,并给出了相应的电路原理图。
This paper briefly introduces the hardware design of real-time monitoring system of laser cladding.According to the characteristics of laser cladding,it puts forward plasma phenomena,three signals and multi-sensor information integration were selected as the methods of in-process monitoring of the laser cladding.The circuit design principle,including the choice of sensors and the design of signal conditioning circuit,was introduced.Moreover,the circuit diagram was presented.
