摘要
作为一种解释文化进化规律的新理论,模因论为语言学和语言教学提供了崭新的研究视角。本文以模因论为切入点,根据语言模因复制和传播的方式,探讨如何将模因研究的成果引入视听说教学,并指出在视听说教学中我们应当鼓励学生积极模仿地道的语言,在模仿中创新,从而提高英语听说能力。
As a theory for interpreting cultural evolution, memetics provides a new perspective for linguistic research and language teaching. Based on memetics, this paper studies how to introduce its research results into English viewing, listening and speaking course. Having analyzed the two ways for memes to be replicated and transmitted-memetic genotype and phenotype, the author holds that in the teaching process students are encouraged to imitate native English actively and creatively, thus improve their listening and speaking abilities effectively.
