摘要
针对上称重法大直径Nd:YAG晶体提拉生长过程;设计了一个由自适应PID控制与仿人智能模糊控制相结合的混合型自适应智能控制系统,实现了对Nd:YAG晶体的瞬时生长速率的精确而平稳的自动控制,成功地生长了 Q50± 0.5mm的 Nd:YAG激光晶体。
In view of the drawing growth process of major diameter Nd:YAG crystal, a mixed-type adaptive intelligent control system was designed, that was combined by adaptive PID-control and apery artificial fuzzy control. The precise and steady automatic control of instantaneous growth rate of Nd:YAG crystal was realized, Q 50 ± 0.5mm Nd:YAG has been grown successfully.
