Research on Increasing the Attractiveness of Grass-roots Party Organizations for the Youth Faculty in Colleges

从"提升职业教育吸引力"这一命题出发,剖析了当前一些高职院校基层党组织对青年教工的吸引力不足的表现和根源,进而提出如何把青年教工团结在党的周围,增强党的基层组织吸引力和凝聚力的一些对策。

Based on the proposition of to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education,the paper analyzed the manifestations as well as the causes of the inadequate attractiveness of grass-roots party organizations for the youth faculty and staff,and also proposed correspondent countermeasures on how to unite them round the party and how to enhance the attractiveness and cohesiveness of the grassroots party organizations.
