马卡连柯集体教育理论对当代高职教育的启示

Inspiration of Makarenko′s Theory of Collective Education for Modern Higher Vocational Education

马卡连柯集体主义教育理论的核心内容是"在集体中,为了集体,并通过集体而进行教育"。马卡连柯为实现对学生的集体主义教育,提出了五条集体主义教育的原则与方法,其中最重要的是尊重与要求相结合原则,平行影响原则和前景教育原则。这三条原则为当代高职生的教育管理提供了新的思路,使高职生感受真正的认可与尊重,从而最大限度地发挥他们的潜力,不断完善自我。

Makarenko proposed five principles and approaches in his theory of collective education,among which the three most important principles are principle of combination of respect and requirement,principle of parallel influence and principle of future education.These principles have provided new ideas for the current educational management of the vocational students,by which the students can feel the real respect from the teacher and then improve themselves by developing their potentials.
