摘要
用支付意愿法评估人的生命价值由来已久,支付意愿法目前已成为国外学者评估生命价值的主要研究方法之一。但不同研究者出于对生命价值评估的不同目的,采用的生命价值评估的数学模型也不尽相同。本文从政府健康和安全管制的角度,建立其适合我国国情的生命价值评估模型,并对风险行业工人的生命价值进行评估。
The approach of willingness to pay（WTP） has become one of the main methods to evaluate the value of a statistical life（VSL） for foreign scholars.Different evaluation models are used based on different objectives for estimating VSL.In the view of government health and safety regulation,this paper establishes the evaluation model of VSL which is suitable to our national condition,and assesses the VSL of workers in industry with high risks.
