探究中国版“凯泽斯劳滕”奇迹对中国职业足球俱乐部发展的启示

Study on Chinese Version of "China Miracle Kaiserslautern" on the Occupation Football Club Development Enlightenment

通过文献资料法、录像观察法对广州恒大足球俱乐部现状进行研究,指出广州恒大足球俱乐部一些先进性的方面:广州恒大足球俱乐部的产权结构比较清晰、管理体制完善、经营理念明确;人力资源配置完整;内、外援引进科学合理;竞技水平较高等。通过对比和分析,提出中超其他职业足球俱乐部所存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策:政府调控,俱乐部完善现有经营、管理体制;引进高级管理层人才,明确主教练的权利;处理好引援和后备人才培养的关系。

This paper documents and data,video observation on the status of Guangzhou Hengda Football Club,pointing out that Guangzhou Hengda advanced aspects of some football clubs：Guangzhou Hengda football club ownership structure is relatively clear,perfect management system,business philosophy clear;a complete human resources;,the foreign aid the introduction of scientific and rational;a high competitive level and so on.By comparison and analysis,other professional football clubs are super main problems and propose appropriate measures：government regulation,the club improve the existing operation and management system;the introduction of senior management personnel,specifically the right coach;deal signings and reserve personnel training relationship.
