网球运动在中国近几年得到快速的发展,特别是李娜等"单飞"成功之后,成绩总体来讲出现一定程度的提高,但同时暴漏出后继无人等问题。从网球后备人才培养模式出发,立足于中西文化、国情差异基础之上,从管理体制、教学训练、竞赛体系、保障体系等诸多方面对中外后备人才培养做以比较分析,旨在提高中国网球后备人才培养水平,同时为相关研究提供参考。
