城中村的“保留性”改造模式探讨

A study of reservation transformation modes of urban villages

目前,随着城市化进程的快速推进,城中村现象波及全国众多大中城市,城中村改造成为近期城市建设的一项重要工作。通过大量实例调研发现,现有城中村改造模式多为大拆大建,存在众多的社会问题和严重的资源浪费。结合郑州市七里河城中村改造项目,探讨一种"保留性"的城中村改造模式,通过对原有建筑环境有选择性地保留和改造,完善城市功能和提升环境品质,丰富和传承城市社区文化特色。

With the rapid development of urbanization, urban villages has struck many large and medium-sized cities of China. The architectural transformation of urban villages has been top on the list of short-term urban construction. Investigations found that most buildings are completely dismantled which caused many social problems and waste of resources. This article, based on the project of urban village renovation of Qilihe in Zhengzhou, discussed apartial reservation mode, that is to say, selectively to retain and transform the original architecture and environment, upgrade urban function and environmental quality so as to enrich and inherit community culture.
