建设工程合同中遇到的到场货物的支付及所有权问题,一直存在争议。我国有关的法律法规对此没有明确规定,在实践中也往往成为相关纠纷发生的根源,所以建议在建设工程施工合同文本中做出明确指引。

The ownership of the goods and payment in the construction contract has been controversy. China＇s relevant laws and regulations to this issue are not clearly defined, which becomes the source of dispute in practice. It is proposed that the ownership of the goods and payment must make clear guidelines in the construction project.
