How to become achievement people of traditional Chinese medicine？ It is the problem concerned with TCM scope. The author thought those were the keys of choosing suitable academic pursuits method, paying attention to self diathesis cultivation, increasing indi- vidual realm, strengthening cultivation of clinical technical skill. ＂Medicine talking＂ was explored around the four aspects.
