化痰通络法治疗急性脑梗死100例随机对照临床研究

Randomized controlled clinical study of Huatan Tongluo method on 100 cases with acute cerebral infarction

[目的]评价化痰通络法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效,为脑梗死急性期临床治疗方案提供依据。[方法]将符合纳入标准的急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为中药组和对照组。两组患者均采用常规基础治疗,中药组加服化痰通络法中药。分别评估两组患者治疗有效率,记录两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、随访至治疗后90 d,记录Barthel指数及改良Rankin指数评分情况。[结果]中药组有效率为92%,高于对照组的82%;在NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分改善方面治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);在改良Rankin指数评估方面治疗组优于对照组,具有一定优势。[结论]化痰通络法中药疗效肯定,可改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能状况,提高患者日常生活能力和社会活动参与能力,提升患者生存质量。

[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with urokinase on acute cerebral infarction.[Methods] Based on the enrolled criteria 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the Chinese traditional medicine group and the control groups.Two groups of patients all with conventional treatment,Chinese traditional medicine group was treated with Huatan Tongluo Chinese traditional medicine moreover.To assess the efficiency of two groups respectively,record the NIHSS scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and followed up to 90 days after treatment.The NIHSS,Barthel Index（BI） and modified Rankin Scale（mRS） were analyzed for all subjects.[Results] The effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was 92%,which was higher than that of the control group（82%）.The improvement of NIHSS scores,Barthel index scores and Rankin index evaluation were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,especially the Rankin index evaluation.[Conclusion] The Huatan Tongluo method combined with urokinase can improve the neural function and the living quality of the patients with cerebral infarction.
