逐瘀通脉胶囊联合长春西汀治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床研究

Clinical study on Zhuyu Tongmai capsules combined with Vinpocetine injection in treating chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

[目的]观察逐瘀通脉胶囊联合长春西汀注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。[方法]将180例慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为4组,常规用药(抗血小板、营养神经,脑细胞活化剂)组41例,简称A组。口服逐瘀通脉胶囊加常规组43例,简称B组。静脉输入长春西汀注射液加常规组45例,简称C组。逐瘀通脉胶囊联合长春西汀注射液加常规组51例,简称D组,剂量同以上3组。观察比较各组临床疗效。[结果]D组总有效率为88.24%,高于A组(60.97%)、B组(72.09%)和C组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D组治疗后血脂、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血黏度、血液流速较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且优于B组和C组(P<0.05)。[结论]逐瘀通脉胶囊联合长春西汀注射治疗慢性脑供血不足,能更好地改善症状和脑血流速度,调节血脂、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)疗效优于常规用药、单纯使用逐瘀通脉胶囊或长春西汀。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyu Tongmai capsules combined with Vinpocetine injection in treating chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.[Methods] 104 cases with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into four groups： group A,41 cases,were treated with normal medicine;group B,43 cases,treated with normal medicine and Zhuyu Tongmai capsules;group C,45 cases,treated with normal medicine and Vinpocetine injection;group D,51 cases,treated with normal medicine and Zhuyu Tongmai capsules combined with Vinpocetine injection.The clinical effects of the four groups were then compared.[Results] The total effective rate was 96.07% in patients with group D,its curative effect was significantly higher than those in group A（60.97%）,B（72.09%） and C（73.33%） with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The blood fat.high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,the whole blood viscosity and blood flow speed in group D after treatment were improved significantly when compared with pre-treatment（P〈0.05）,and the effect was superior than Zhuyu Tongmai capsules group or Vinpocetine injection group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The normal medicine and Zhuyu Tongmai capsules combined with Vinpocetine injection can improve effectively the blood fat,high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,the whole blood viscosity and blood flow speed in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency,its effect is better than that treated only with normal medicine,Zhuyu Tongmai capsules or Vinpocetine injection.
